Remove plastic disc from beneath batteries. Replace cover and twist to lock in place. Turn on light to check it is functioning correctly then turn off. Rinse and dry mouth tray. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Attach the mouth tray to the blue light device. Brush teeth and then dry with a tissue or towel. Remove cap and twist end of pen until gel appears. Apply a thin layer to visible front teeth, being careful to avoid gums. Place assembled LED/mouth tray device into mouth over your teeth and switch on. Leave in place for 15 minutes. Turn off light and remove assembled device from mouth. Rinse mouth or brush teeth. Remove mouth tray from LED device and rinse tray with warm water. Dry tray. Wipe any excess gel from pen using a tissue. Do not use water. Replace pen cap. Repeat process once a day for 7 days.
